Vice President Lisa L. Crouch, PMAC

lcI reside in Puyallup, Washington. I have lived here going on 34 years in yes the rainy state. I have been married 33 years and have four children and one grandchild. My youngest son, Michael has recently returned home from Iraq where he served our country as an interrogator. I did not worry much about him as he served on the front line in our war. I knew he was in God’s hand and I stayed very busy. The time seemed to fly by very quickly. I have been in podiatry 8 and a half years after a difficult decision to get out of surgery. I love helping patients get better one on one and my favorite thing is to do chair side assisting. In my years of working in a two doctor office I have learned a lot and love the fact that medicine is every changing. I have felt so blessed to be a part of the Executive Board of ASPMA. I served as an intern to start off and then was selected to be Secretary. I am now looking forward to being considered on the slate as Vice President. I am so thrilled to be working with such a dynamic group of people from all over the U.S. We all have the same goal of wanting to push forward for the excellence in education for our assistants.

Secretary Susan E. Hasenour, PMAC

I love the patient interaction and the variety of the work. I am also credentialed at the local hospital to assist in surgery. I truly enjoy that aspect of my job. I achieved the level of Certified PMA in Sept of 2007 in Indianapolis, IN. I am so proud of this accomplishment I am married to Joe, who is a prototype technician with Kimball International. Our oldest son, Chris, is married to a wonderful girl, Angie. They have an awesome child, Jackson, who is our first grandchild. Chris is now serving his second tour in Iraq with the National Guard. Please keep him, and all the soldiers, and their families in you prayers. He will be back home in June. Our younger son, Matthew, is attending Ivy Tech (Computer Technology) and working. I am blessed with this beautiful family. I feel my life has been blessed, and even more so, with my association with the ASPMA. What a wonderful group of professional people.
